8th grade students attended the career fair today at United Technology Center with other local 8th graders. Students were able to explore UTC's programs and choose from 50 other career choices as well. Thinking about the future is a great way to focus on making choices that lead to achieving your goals! We'd like to thank United Technology Center and all of our volunteer career presenters for making it possible!

Each year we survey our Wildcat families to get input on our school. This is part of our PBIS program and a way to help improve our school in ways our students, staff, and families prioritize. Please take the brief survey to help us plan for the future!

The 8th graders took a field trip to the Cole Transportation Museum on Friday, May 2nd. While they were there, they had the chance to meet with veterans who volunteer to tell young people about their life and travels serving in the military. It was an opportunity for these young adults to experience "living history" and learn a little bit about what it means to serve your country and your community.
They also took a walk down Maine's proverbial "memory lane" and learned more about the history of business and transportation in our region.
It was a great morning and we are proud of our 8th graders who were respectful, responsible, and caring while learning in the community.

Mrs. Madden’s first graders celebrated their moms today with a tea party! It is such a blessing to have such incredible women pouring love into these children!! Thank you so much ❤️
