After a few years hiatus the 5th grade Wax Museum was back! Fifth graders chose a famous Americans, researched them, wrote a report, and turned into them to bring them alive! They all did amazing and we are so proud of their hard work!

Thank you to our graduating seniors from local high schools for joining us today! We enjoyed watching you march through the halls as our students cheered. We are proud of you and always enjoy when you come home to Lewis Libby! Once a wildcat always a wildcat!

The 4th graders have spent the last several weeks learning how to be entrepreneurs and designing their own businesses. They had a chance to present their business plans and share their ideas with their peers. They had a blast creating business cards, flyers, logos, and slogans for their businesses, and learning all about entrepreneurship!

Over the weekend our 8th graders were fortunate enough to go to Boston to see a Red Sox game or go on a duck tour! It was an exciting opportunity for everyone! Thank you to those who donated time and money to make this possible!

5th and 6th grade went to Children’s Day at the Maine Forrest and Logging Museum at Leonard Mills. They learned a lot and had a lot of fun!

Mrs. Reinzo was honored with this years yearbook dedication by the 8th grade! Congratulations Mrs. Reinzo, the students and school are lucky to have you!

Olivia Small was awarded the Warren Kidder scholarship award at our assembly this week. She was joined by members of the Kidder family. Congratulations Olivia!

We’d like to thank our K students and teachers for performing patriotic songs for the school! Even with all of that wind they stood tall and sounded wonderful!

The sixth grade had an amazing trip to the Brookfield facility today! We were able to watch the fish elevator operate, see where they count the fish, watch how they transport salmon to Orland, and touch some fish in the holding tank. Thank you so much to Mr. Dill and the crew for an extraordinary experience!
