Chaisson Memorial Field is a Milford community recreational complex located behind the Dr. Lewis S. Libby School. It provides multiple recreational opportunities for all Milford citizens. The recreational complex is owned by the town of Milford.
With the help and cooperation of the Milford School Committee, Chaisson Field Committee, Town Selectmen, and with the generous donations of several distinquished community members, the Chaisson Field Complex was completely reconstructed in 2007-2008.

New softball, baseball, and soccer fields were constructed. In addition to the new sport fields, a 1/3 mile paved walking track has beenconstructed around the perimeter of the field complex providing a recreational opportunities for all ages and citizens. The entire recreational field area has been enclosed with new fencing.
The Chaisson Field community restoration project is an exciting but challenging community effort. Although the reconstruction of the new fields and walking track are complete, there are still many services and amenities needed to complete and maintain the recreational complex. The Chaisson Field Committee is working very diligently to address the current and future needs of the Chaisson Memorial Field complex. However, they could use your help. Join in the fun with your friends, neighbors and community by volunteering your time and services.
