Student Poets Published

Two students from Miss Gibney's 2010 - 2011 Guided Reading class have had poems published in the book Acclaimed published by The American Library of Poetry. Jordan Hobson, a fourth grade student and the son of Greg and Vicky Hobson, had his poem "I Am" published and can be found on page 52 of the book. Colbi Wilkerson, a fourth grade student as well and the daughter of Jean Curtis, had her poem "I Am" published and can be found on page 10 of the book. We are all very proud of our newly published poets. We will be obtaining a copy of the book for the school library.
