6th grade began working with the world wide program Junior Achievement. This is a 6 week program where a Junior Achievement volunteer comes into the school and provides the students with practical information about personal finance and the importance of identifying education and career goals based on student’s skills, interests, and values.
S.T.E.A.M activity: Students had to build the tallest, freestanding snowman they could with only 15 sheets of paper and a glue stick. This isn’t as easy as it seems! Way to stick with it fourth graders!
